Tuesday Morning Chen Style Qigong & Tai Chi Class


This 60 minute class is a great way to start or deepen your practice in Tai Chi or Qigong. The Chen Style class will be held in the beautiful Holmby Park near Westwood and Bel Air. Begin to enhance your natural immune system and learn to cultivate your inner energy or Qi (Chi) along with producing a harmonious unification of the mind, body and spirit while toning and lengthening muscles and tendons.

This 60 minute class is scheduled in the morning on Tuesdays to support you in building a more expanded tai chi short form practice or provide a convenient way to get started with the full short form of tai chi. This class in perfect for continuing students to get form corrections in the short form. The class will be held in Holmby Park.

Thursday Early Afternoon Eight Pieces Qigong


This 60 minute class is scheduled on Thursdays to support you in your regular weekly practice or provide a convenient way to get started with Qigong on a week day. The more you practice the faster are the results toward reaching your goals with these healing arts. in this class you will learn the Eight Pieces of Brocade qigong set. Continue to enhance your natural immune system and deepen your inner energy or Qi (Chi) cultivation with regular practice allowing for a harmonious unification of the mind, body and spirit while toning and lengthening muscles and tendons.

Saturday afternoon Yang Style Short Form Tai Chi Class


This 75 minute class is scheduled on Saturdays to support you in building a more expanded tai chi short form practice or provide a convenient way to get started with the full short form of tai chi. This class in perfect for continuing students to get form corrections in the short form. The class will be held in the Holmby Park near Westwood and Bel Air.

Tai Chi Sword Class (60 minutes)


Experience all the benefits of a regular tai chi class but learn how to experience and send life force into another object. In this class a chinese tai chi sword is the object used is an classic tai chi sword form set that brings a great sense of power and awareness into the whole tai chi experience. The postures and movements all accord with the principles of yin and yang and build an intimate awareness with one’s natural internal and external energy building a great sense of inner peace. (Includes Wood Tai Chi Sword if needed)
