Wild Goose Qigong Picking Qi - Wild goose qigong, also known as dayan qigong, is a traditional qigong form said to be over 1800 years old and created by daoist monks living in the sacred mountains of Kunlun on the border of northern Tibet. The monks are said to have combined the movements of the wild goose, famed for its grace, strength and longevity, with their knowledge of the energy pathways in the body to create a form which is highly valued for its health benefits.

Wednesday Evenings Group Qigong Healing/Meditation Love Donation Class - Please RSVP Below This class held every other Wednesday evening will teach you how to begin to heal through qigong, the ancient form of Chinese energetic medicine, and is one of the four main branches of Traditional Chinese Medicine, along with acupuncture, herbal medicine, and medical massage. Self healings demonstrate by balancing ones qi or electromagnetic energy which surrounds and pervades in you and everything in nature. Disruptions in the electromagnetic energy of the body can occur throughout the natural life span as a result of poor diet, sedentary lifestyle, surgery, injuries, suppression of emotions, and aging. The goal of qigong and this class is begin to stablize these bio-energetic imbalances and blockages. This enables the body to strengthen and regulate the internal organs, the nervous system and the immune system, reduce pain, regulate hormones, and strengthen and release deep-rooted emotions and stress.
